Return (RMA) Statuses

A return (or RMA) can be in one of the following statuses. You can track the the status and detailed sub-events of the return from the timeline on the right-hand side of the RMA page in the MasonHub OMS. You can also search by status from the RMAs page.

Transit

tendered	The RMA has been scanned at the carrier’s facility.
inTransit	The RMA is en route to its final destination.
delivered	The RMA has been delivered to the facility.
undeliverable	The RMA was unable to be delivered.

We are integrated with all of our domestic carriers (DHL, FedEx, UPS, USPS) to increase your visibility to return status while it’s in transit. International transit updates are not currently available.

Receiving

onDock	The RMA has been offloaded from the truck, or delivered via carrier, and the units are now in our possession.
receivingStarted	We have begun the process of receiving the RMA into the facility.
received	We have completely received the RMA, and all units have been put away and are available. · Inventory that is not immediately re-sellable can be received into one of the following statuses:  · - quality-control · - under-investigation · - refurbishing · - damaged
