How to Reroute Your UPS Package

UPS is the only carrier that allows the rerouting of packages. If you need to change the delivery address, don’t hesitate to get in touch with us at support@masonhub.co. Just to let you know, additional restrictions and fees may apply when rerouting packages.

Types of Reroute Requests

1. Return to Sender (RTS): The package will be sent back to the original sender.
2. Update Delivery Address: The delivery address will be updated once the order has been fulfilled.

How to Submit a Reroute Request

To reroute an order, please follow these steps:

Return to Sender

1. Create a support ticket.
2. Provide the order number in the ticket.

Update Delivery Address

1. Create a support ticket.
2. Include the updated delivery address in the ticket and the order number.
