When to Create an Inbound Shipment / ASN

You must create an ASN for every inbound shipment of both merchandise and supplies that MasonHub will store and ship. ASNs must be created in our OMS no later than 5 business days before the date it arrives.

We cannot receive inventory until there is a valid ASN in our OMS.
