What if all of my inventory was not received for an Inbound Shipment / ASN?

If there was a short of what was expected versus what was received, you will see the discrepancy in the “Line Items” section at the bottom of your ASN.

• Quantity is the expected amount of the SKU that you supplied when you created the ASN. 
• Total Received is the number of units we received for that SKU.
• Delta shows you the difference between what was expected and what was received.

You can download the details by clicking the Export CSV button. You will receive an email with the attachment soon after.
